ICNE2531 是一款適用于可控硅調光的
LED 電流驅動芯片，且可在較寬交流電壓（AC）
范圍內工作。內置可控硅調光器的主動負載控
制器和線電壓調節(jié)補償功能，可以調節(jié)流過高
壓（HV）LED 串的電流并同時為調光器提供
維持電流。

具有過壓保護（OVP），過溫保護（OTP）和線
電壓調節(jié)補償的恒流LED 驅動器。 其包含的
主動負載功能可提高可控硅調光性能，當燈未
連接到調光器時，該功能將被禁用。
PCB 布局也非常靈活，可以滿足各種形狀
要求。 它特別適合替換白熾燈泡和條形熒光燈。
iML8686可驅動高達100mA。用戶可以通過外部電阻將調節(jié)電流從5mA調整到100mA。線性過溫保護功能是在芯片的結溫130°C時線性減小電流來保護系統(tǒng)。多個iML8686B芯片可以并聯連接，以提供更高的驅動電流能力。該器件采用SOT-89-3L封裝
